Sandjiv grew up in India, he did his schooling at the French International School. He was admitted to the Grenoble Institute of Technology to study electronic engineering. This is where he learned to code. The engineering training gave Sandjiv his structured way of thinking and data-driven approach to resolving problems. Sandjiv has had several experiences as a founder of companies, specifically, he has launched one in the manufacturing industry, another dedicated to importing products from other countries to France (So´Sacs), and the last one in the food industry. This last company was halted by Covid, and Sandjiv took the opportunity to study for an MBA at IE University. After this, he worked as COO at Tiendeo, where he conducted various transformational change programs aimed at improving employee productivity. When the company was purchased by ShopFully, he was promoted to a marketing director position in charge of the Go-to-Market strategy.
